Why should I subscribe instead of ordering one bouquet at a time?

When you subscribe, you’re guaranteed flowers before one-off orders are filled. Since we grow and harvest a limited number of bouquets each week, subscribers always get first access. Subscriptions also mean you don’t need to remember to order regularly — your flowers are automatically reserved for you.

Why should I subscribe in the off-season?

Subscribing early ensures your place is reserved before the season starts. Because our bouquets are limited, spots often sell out. By subscribing in the off-season, you’re guaranteed flowers once deliveries (or pickups) begin — no need to worry about missing out when the season kicks in.

Why do I need to check my delivery zone before ordering?

At checkout you’ll be asked to select your delivery option, so checking your address on our map first ensures you choose the right one. The map shows $15 Local Delivery (within 20 miles), Extended Delivery – $70 (within 25 miles), or Pickup Only (outside 25 miles). Of course, pickup at our farm is always available to anyone who prefers it. We offer FREE delivery for any subscription purchase.

What happens if I can’t receive flowers one week?

Subscriptions are flexible! You can easily skip any delivery (or pickup) and you won’t be charged for that week. Your spot in the subscription remains secure, and your flowers will resume with your next scheduled order.

Question 5

What happens to subscriptions at the end of the season?

Accepted Answer

At the end of bloom season, all subscriptions are canceled automatically. If you were a subscriber this season, you’ll have the chance to re-subscribe right away — doing so guarantees you a spot for the next season before we fill new subscriptions.
If you wait, you’re still welcome to sign up later, but spots are filled on a first come, first served basis. Either way, you won't be billed until the next season begins. A few weeks before deliveries start, we’ll contact you with the projected date — and you can cancel anytime before the first delivery if you change your mind, with no charges at all. You can also cancel mid-season if needed, and you won’t be billed for any future deliveries.

When do I get my first order?

If you sign up more then 3 days before our weekly delivery day (see above), your first bouquet will go out (or be available for pickup on the next delivery day.

If you sign up within 3 days of our delivery day, your first bouquet will arrive the following week.

When you order, we will contact you with your first delivery date to avoid any confusion.
